At Jelly’s Tots we believe in a child’s individuality and try to organise their activities so that crèche and home life are not very different.  This is particularly important in the early months when either mother or father returns to work.

When a young child starts attending the crèche they are allowed time to become used to the other children as well as staff.

One to one contact is very important and this is when staff will recite nursery rhymes, play suitable games – like peek-a-boo – ensuring that the small child has ample opportunity to roll about or kick and move.

When a child is learning to walk, being potty trained or becoming an independent feeder they will get every encouragement and help from all the staff at Jelly’s Tots.

These are guideline activities only as we accept that each child is an individual and every effort will be made to meet each of their needs.
