Jelly’s Tots Creche!

Terms and Conditions

These are standard Terms and Conditions for the parents of children using Jelly’s Tots.  More information is available on request.

All children must register on their first visit.
Opening times are Monday to Thursday 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Friday 8.45 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.  All booked hours must be paid for.
Meals are provided and consist of dinner and an evening snack.
Children must bring a snack with them for the morning break – please provide healthy options.  (No fizzy drinks, sweets, crisps, chocolate bars etc.)
All children must be collected by 5.00 p.m. sharp.  If not then there will be an extra charge.
Playschool children must be collected by 12.15 p.m.
Only those adults nominated to collect children or those nominated on your child’s registration form will be allowed to collect your child.  Please note that if for any reason you have asked a person to collect your child who is not known to Jelly’s Tots staff, the child will not be permitted to leave the premises with that person.  You must telephone Jelly’s Tots and make the arrangements known to us along with a description of the person so nominated.
For the child’s comfort please ensure that a fresh nappy is applied in the morning before they come to the crèche.
Please label the child’s belongings – coats etc.
Please pack a clean set of clothes in case of an emergency or accident.
Parents are permitted to come into the crèche or playschool in the morning when dropping off their child(ren).  We strongly advise all parents to have their ‘goodbyes’ with their children before they come into Jelly’s Tots and from experience we do not advise parents to wait around with their child as it can make separation harder for the child when parents are leaving.
This is the only time parents are allowed in the crèche or playschool.  After 10.00 a.m. the intercom must be used for reasons of safety and security.  There are two intercoms available – one at the front entrance and one at the playground gate.
No medication can be administered to a child without the parent signing a medical consent form available from the staff.
